SCIE: End of Life Care PDF Print E-mail

SCIE has launched a new web resource that focuses on end of life care. It draws together SCIE's existing resources on the topic, including a Social Care TV film, and provides signposting to other resources that will be of interest. The resource also includes a section where people working in end of life care can share ideas about innovative practice.
