Improving Equality and Diversity - A Guide for Third Sector CEOs

This guide offers practical advice on how equality and diversity can be mainstreamed in third sector organisations. It has been designed to help third sector organisations tailor action on diversity to their particular organisation. The guide is arranged in sections spanning the case for equality and diversity; the legislation; the role of leadership; integrating equality with policy and procurement; and what to monitor.

This guide is primarily for chief executives of any small or medium-sized third sector organisation. It can also be useful to trustees or members of boards; chairs of trustees; and staff who work with boards and trustees.
