The Care Forum is pleased to invite you to the first meeting of the Care Providers Forum. The meeting will be looking at discharge from hospital and includes a presentation by Alex Massey, Operational Support Manager at the RUH currently leading on delayed discharge. The meeting is on Wednesday 19 October from 10 - 12.30.
We will also be talking about other areas that it would be helpful for future meetings to look at.
The Care Providers Forum is open to all providers of care including care homes, domiciliary care and supported living providers. It builds on the former B&NES Independent Provider Forum.
