Following the Dispute Resolution Review (DRR), the Government is changing the way we deal with problems at work.
From 6 April 2009, as part of the DRR, Acas has revised its Code of Practice on disciplinary and grievance procedures and produced a new Code available to download from this page or view online.

To accompany the new Code, Acas has produced a new non-statutory guide which provides information on handling discipline and grievance solutions in the workplace.
